Lead the software development team – oversees the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of computer programs for commercial or end user applications
• Sets goals and provides guidance to team members to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
• Performance is assessed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules
• Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company
• Employee Development and Performance Management
• Write, review and revise product/service requirements and specifications
• Define solutions and tasks required for delivery
• Deliver solutions to client and provide necessary technical support.
– Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering;
Experience working on an agile development team and a thorough understanding of agile development principals required
• Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Programming using .NET C# and/or Java
• Previous experience with Travel Reservation Systems and other Travel Solutions is a definite advantage.
